Personal Information Collection Statement:

Purpose of Collection
The personal data provided by you in connection with your case will be used by the Electoral Affairs Commission in processing your case. The provision of personal data on this occasion is entirely voluntary. However, if you do not provide adequate information, the Commission may not be able to process your case.

Classes of Transferees
Where necessary, the Commission may provide the personal data submitted by you to law enforcement agencies, other departments and organisations in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) for the purpose of processing your case.

Access to Personal Data
You have the right to request access to, and to request the correction of, the personal data you supplied in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Such requests should be made in writing to the Secretary of the Electoral Affairs Commission at the following address: 8th Floor, Treasury Building, 3 Tonkin Street West, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon.
