Objection to the Granting of Registration of Particulars Relating to Candidates on Ballot Papers

Subject to section 15 of the Particulars Relating to Candidates on Ballot Papers (Legislative Council and District Councils) Regulation, any person may object to the granting of registration of an abbreviation of the Chinese name or the English name of a prescribed body and an emblem of a prescribed body or a prescribed person.

The completed application form and all relevant documents should be submitted to the Chief Electoral Officer on or before 10 October 2024 by the following means:

  • by post (Address: 29/F, Standard Chartered Tower, Millennium City 1, 388 Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon)
  • by fax (3580 2973)
  • by emailing the scanned copy (ecteam@reo.gov.hk )
