(I) The Election Committee Subsector Elections (Nomination of Candidates)

Intention to Display Election Advertisements at Designated Spots [REO/C/20/2021ECSSE]

The following forms should be completed and submitted to the relevant Returning Officer at the time of the submission of nomination form or before the close of the nomination period (i.e. on or before 12 August 2021) -
- Intention to Display Election Advertisements at Designated Spots [REO/C/20/2021ECSSE];
- Grid Paper - Candidates can only submit the grid paper provided by the Registration and Electoral Office. The grid paper is enclosed in the nomination form. Any grid papers reproduced by candidates will not be accepted.

The above-mentioned forms may be obtained from District Offices, the offices of the Returning Officers or from the offices of the Registration and Electoral Office at 10th Floor, Harbour Centre, 25 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong or Unit 2301-03, 23/F, Millennium City 6, 392 Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon.

In order to provide a text version of Introduction to Candidates for voters and authorized representatives with visual impairment, the following form should be completed and submitted by e-mail to e-intro_to_can@reo.gov.hk by 5:00 p.m., 27 August 2021.
