Elections

The following forms should be completed and submitted to the relevant Returning Officer at the time of the submission of nomination form or before the close of the nomination period (i.e. on or before 29 July 2016) -

- Request by a Candidate for a Legislative Council Functional Constituency or a Sole Candidate on a Legislative Council Nomination List or by a Candidate for a District Council Constituency for Printing of Particulars relating to the Candidate on a Ballot Paper [REO/BP/7/2016(SF)] (if applicable) ;
- Request by Candidates on a Legislative Council Nomination List with More than One Candidate for Printing of Particulars Relating to the Candidates on a Ballot Paper [REO/BP/8/2016(SF)] (if applicable) ;
- Consent of a Prescribed Body for its Particulars to be Printed on a Ballot Paper in Relation to the Request by Candidate(s) [REO/BP/9/2016(SF)] (if applicable) ;
- Intention to Display Election Advertisements at Designated Spots [REO/C/20/LC(2016)] ;
- Grid Paper - Candidates can only submit the grid paper provided by the Registration and Electoral Office. The grid paper is enclosed in the nomination form. Any grid papers reproduced by candidates will not be accepted.

The above-mentioned forms may be obtained from District Offices, the offices of the Returning Officers or from the offices of the Registration and Electoral Office at 10th Floor, Harbour Centre, 25 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong or Unit 2301-2303, 23/F, Millennium City 6, 392 Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon.
