Report on the recommended constituency boundaries

For the 2003 District Councils Election, the Chief Executive-in-Council has endorsed the recommendations submitted by the Electoral Affairs Commission on how the 400 constituencies are to be demarcated. The Administration has tabled the Report at the Legislative Council as required by law.
The recommendations are set out in a three-volume report:
Volume 1 is the Report, detailing the reasons for the recommendations.
Volume 2 contains 23 maps on the recommended constituency areas boundary and the boundary descriptions.
Volume 3 records all written representations.
The report is also available for public inspection at the Registration and Electoral Office during office hours.
